Touring the area

The beaches of Arisaig and Traigh are close by, so too the famous White Sands of Morar, where the Rver Morar flows past beautiful white sands on its short journey to the sea.

A short trip over to the Isle of Skye from Mallaig by ferry would allow you to explore the island and return in the evening by ferry, or take a longer tour by returning over the Skye Bridge.

There are pleasure trips to the isles of Eigg, Rum and Canna and into Loch Nevis.
